This Holy Face of Jesus Medal is a profound expression of faith, crafted in solid 925 sterling silver. It features a striking image of Christ’s Holy Face, inspired by the Shroud of Oviedo, with the Latin inscription "Illumina Domine Vultum Tuum super nos" – "May the light of Your Face, O Lord, shine upon us." This prayer calls upon Christ’s presence, asking for His divine light to guide and protect the wearer.
On the reverse side, the medal bears the radiant Sacred Host with the IHS Christogram, a symbol of Jesus’ holy name, surrounded by the inscription "Mane Nobiscum Domine" – "Stay with us, O Lord." This powerful invocation reminds us of Christ’s real presence in the Eucharist and the importance of drawing near to Him in the Blessed Sacrament.
