Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day, ensuring the highest level of service and responsiveness at all times.

The delivery time frame for your order is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24โ€“48 hours after being placed.
  • Shipping time: For U.S. orders, we use either:
    • Priority Air Mail โ€“ the Italian postal service โ€“ delivered in the U.S. by the U.S. Postal Service (or your local postal service in other countries). Once processed and shipped from Italy, delivery usually takes 21โ€“30 days to the U.S., but can take longer due to U.S. Customs (up to 6โ€“8 weeks in rare cases).
    • UPS โ€“ full tracking available and generally faster delivery.

Tracking: For UPS shipments, full tracking is available from Italy to your door. For postal shipments, tracking is only available once the package reaches the U.S. system.

UK Border Fee: Since 01/01/2021, a border fee applies to all shipments (excluding letters and documents) exported and imported between the European Union and Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), as well as between Northern Ireland and Great Britain. The buyer is responsible for all costs from the point of delivery, including import customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

For all deliveries, customs duties and taxes are always the buyerโ€™s responsibility.

FAQ: What Happens If I Refuse to Pay Customs Duties and Taxes?

If you choose not to pay the required customs duties and taxes for your order, the item will be returned to us in Italy. Please note that additional return customs and duty charges will apply upon re-entry into Italy. These costs will be deducted from any refund you may be eligible for. No refunds will be processed until the item has been successfully returned to us.

By placing an order, you agree to take responsibility for any customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. Failure to do so will result in additional charges that will be deducted from your refund.

If you request a refund or cancellation after the package has already been shipped, please note that any shipping charges paid will not be reimbursed.
