Inside, the card carries the prayer to St. Pio and the chaplet to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Italian — the same chaplet Padre Pio recited daily for everyone who asked his prayers. The front photograph shows him in profile at Mass in a gold vestment: a devotional survivor from the years before 2002, not a modern reprint.
