Inside, the card prints a prayer to St. Pio and a chaplet to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Italian — the daily prayers of his spiritual family. Issued while he was still honored as "Venerabile," it predates his canonization, making it a collector's piece as much as a devotional one.
