This is a very old, rare, vintage original, laminated holy card containing a real second class relic of St. Padre Pio coming from Pietrelcina.

This wallet size card is very old and it was touched to the shrine of Saint Pio. it is encased in plastic shield, to protect it. The same, original one applied when it was made.
Since then, a lot happened and this reliquary has made it until now.

This precious reliquary contains an ex indumentis relic, which is a small piece of the vestment worn by Padre Pio in his everyday life. In the back of the card there is a short saying by Saint Pio.

He grew up in a family of peasant farmers, with a profound religious fervor that was evident from an early age. By five years old, he expressed a deep commitment to living a life in devotion to God.

Gaining international recognition for his devout life and impactful sermons, St. Padre Pio became renowned for his guidance, often encapsulated in his famous saying, "Pray, hope, and don't worry." His wisdom and teachings continue to resonate with people across the world.

Throughout his life, St. Padre Pio encountered a range of health challenges. Despite these, his commitment to faith, prayer, and service remained steadfast, offering inspiration to those facing their own trials.

When he passed away on September 23, 1968, the legacy of his faith and service drew over 100,000 individuals to commemorate his life. His enduring impact on the faithful was recognized with his canonization by Pope John Paul II on June 16, 2002. Today, we honor St. Padre Pio on his feast day, September 23, as the patron saint of civil defense volunteers, adolescents, and his cherished hometown of Pietrelcina, where his spiritual journey began.
