St. Michael the Archangel is the patron of police officers, and many soldiers, paramedics and other first responders ask for his protection too.

In Scripture he is the leader of the heavenly army who defends God's people, so it is natural that those who stand between others and danger keep his medal close.
This is a small, focused selection. The main pieces are St. Michael medals in 925 sterling silver, plain or gold plated, each made as a gift for a police officer: solid, discreet, and meant to be worn every day on a chain or carried in a uniform pocket. There is also a lighter St. Michael police medal blessed by Pope Leo XIV, and the tiny St. Benedict military rosary, compact enough for a duty bag or glove box.
Items marked as blessed are taken from our shop in Rome to the Papal audience in St. Peter's Square and ship with a holy card of the Papal blessing. Delivery to the US typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, so allow time before an academy graduation, a promotion or a retirement. For every St. Michael item, visit the St. Michael page.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the patron saint of police officers?
St. Michael the Archangel. His prayer, written by Pope Leo XIII, asks him to defend us in battle, and officers often pray it before a shift.
Do you have St. Florian medals for firefighters?
Not at the moment. Many firefighters and EMTs also choose St. Michael, and that is what we have in stock.
Which medal is best as a gift?
For daily wear, the 925 sterling silver medals hold up well on a chain. For a lower budget, the lighter St. Michael police medal is a good choice.
