RETURN POLICY
RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Our return policy lasts 100 days. If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Important: Please contact us before returning any items. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the package has already been shipped. We will not refund shipping fees if you purchased an upgrade to UPS/DHL/FEDEX.
Customs Fees: Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred by us (including those for re-entry into Italy) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that in Italy, any value above €25 is subject to duties and taxes.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary.
- Contact your bank — some processing delays may occur.
If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for instructions.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and request to cancel your purchase immediately after payment but before shipping, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the payment processing fees we incur. As a small business, we cannot absorb these costs.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait for delivery and then proceed with a return to receive a refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Back Your Items
Before returning an item, you must contact us for an RMA number.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Important: In the event of a return, any import duties and taxes we must pay for the item’s re-entry into Italy will be deducted from your refund. This includes Italy’s low threshold of €25, above which we are required to pay import duties and taxes.
