Anxiety can make prayer feel hard.

A small medal in the pocket or a rosary on the nightstand can be a quiet reminder that we are not alone, and a simple way back to prayer when words do not come. This page gathers the sacramentals our customers turn to for peace of mind.

Most of what you see here are medals of Our Lady. The Miraculous Medal, with its prayer "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee", comes in tiny pendants, enamel and gold tone, most of them blessed by Pope Leo XIV. There are also St. Michael and Guardian Angel medals, the Jubilee 2025 "Pilgrims of Hope" medal, a St. Rita relic medal and a few rosaries and crosses.

Many Catholics living with anxiety also pray to St. Dymphna, the young Irish martyr venerated as patron of mental and nervous afflictions. We do not have a St. Dymphna medal in stock at the moment, but our post on her prayer is below. Prayer and sacramentals walk alongside good medical care, not in place of it. Items marked as blessed ship from Rome with a holy card of the Papal blessing. For other needs, find a patron saint by cause.
