Holy Water & Blessed Liquids — Final Sale
Due to the sacred nature of holy water and blessed liquids, these items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please contact [email protected] within 7 days for a replacement.
Our return policy lasts 100 days. After 100 days from purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Important: Please contact us for authorization before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees: Non-refundable once an order has shipped, including any paid upgrades (UPS/DHL/FedEx) and shipping protection.
Locker / Access Point Deliveries: If your order is delivered to a locker or access point and you fail to collect it, causing the package to be returned to us, the round-trip shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted from any refund.
Refused / Rejected Deliveries: If you refuse or reject a package at delivery, all costs associated with the return — including outbound shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any customs duties or import taxes incurred — will be deducted from any refund. In some cases, these costs may equal or exceed the order value, resulting in no refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer (posting times vary).
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for instructions.
Cancellations
If you request a cancellation after payment but before shipping, a cancellation fee will apply to cover credit card payment processing costs. (5% FEE)
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery for a refund per this policy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
How to Return
Before returning any item, contact us to obtain an RMA number.
You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanges may vary.
For items valued over $75, use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Customs & Import Fees
We ship from Rome, Italy. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance and re-entry fees we incur for returns will be deducted from your refund. Note that in Italy, values above €25 are subject to duties and taxes.
